The business is run by Simon Smuts-Kennedy and his unique style of connecting with his customers saw the creation of his alter Ego – Hatman. Simon puts on a black leather Zoro style mask and a selection of classic hats to suit his visit, and walks into some of the world’s leading fashion houses where they all know him.
